ESPN finally the last NFL Combine blog worthy of you’re time and easy to pick and choose what you’re looking for.

ESPN.com NFL network reporter Michael Lombardi told Bill Simmons host of the B.S. Report that Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning has lost the ability to throw the ball to his left.
“He (Peyton Manning) can’t throw the ball,” Lombardi describing Manning,s loss of velocity. “I’ve talked to people who’ve caught the ball for him. He can’t throw the ball to his left. He can’t throw the ball across his body, because he doesn’t feel it. People that catch the ball for him say he doesn’t really have velocity on the ball yet.”
This is the first description I have heard of Manning even throwing the football since before last years NFL lockout.
If Lombardi is right then Peyton Manning will not be able to play professional football and must begin to contemplate retirement.
If Peyton doesn’t choose retirement then Colts owner Jim Irsay will have some serious decisions to make this March in regards to Manning’s future.

NFL Pre-Season Week 2 New York vs Chicago
COLD: Bears WR Roy Williams! Remember that line in the one football movie? You will know when you read it…”Don’t throw to stone hands!” That is how I feel about Roy Williams.
Jay had protection and this clown can’t hold on to the ball? But he knows Martz system and will most likely catch some of those passes. I hope.
HOT: Giants RB Brandon Jacobs is the perfect example of size and speed in one package. Ahamed Bradshaw may lose a few more carries if he keeps making moves like that.
SLEEPER: The Bears WR Earl Bennett was used a lot in the offensive scheme of the Bears may be a solid yardage (PPR) receiver.

NFL Pre-Season Week 2 Dallas vs San Diego COLD: Dallas WR Dez Bryant dropped a very easy grab and I have to wonder if he heard footsteps and didn’t commit to the catch? HOT: SD WR Vincent Jackson is in sync with his QB Philip Rivers! These two are creating plays and will be hard to not grab within the first four rounds of the draft. SLEEPER: Dallas RB Felix Jones looks like a lock as the go to back in Dallas. But need to see some more end zone carries before I raise his draft stock. Click the link for the stats by ESPN.
