Retired players are suing the NFL for a 1994 study that claimed "no evidence of
worsening injury or chronic cumulative effects” due to concussion. The study was commissioned by the NFL’s Committee on Mild Traumatic Brain Injury and the results are in serious conflict with those that have been done recently.
